We'll email a confirmation link to verify the request is really from you. We honor valid requests within 30 days unless local law requires a shorter window.

1 Identify Your Account
Please enter the email address on your PurePath account.
Helps us locate your account if you have multiple sign-in methods.
You can find this under Settings → About → Account ID inside the app. Speeds up verification.
2 Verification
Please pick a platform.
Remember to cancel your subscription in the App Store or Google Play — we can't refund from our end and Apple/Google manage those charges.

Hitting "Submit Deletion Request" opens your email app with everything pre-filled.
You'll review and send from there — nothing is sent automatically.

What happens when you delete your account

What we delete

  • Name, email, profile photo
  • All journal entries and reflections
  • Streaks, behavioral logs, AI conversations
  • Accountability partner connections & shared data
  • Subscription history linked to your account
  • Push notification tokens and device IDs

What we keep briefly

  • Anonymized crash logs (90 days)
  • Records of the deletion request itself (3 yrs, for compliance)

None of this can identify you once deletion completes.

Want a break instead of a delete?
You can pause your account inside the app under Settings → Privacy, or simply uninstall it. Your data stays safe and your streak doesn't reset. Deletion is only needed if you want your personal data permanently erased.
